Date Night: Pink’s Pizza

Since it’s spring break (you haven’t heard?), and the traffic has been pretty light in Houston, my sweet boyfriend took me on a weeknight date across town to grab some pizza. Why drive across town for pizza? Because Pink’s is awesome. There are a few locations in Houston, but my favorite is the Garden Oaks one on North Shepherd. It’s just got a cool vibe when you walk in. And gluten free pizza!

You can watch them make your pizza and jam to some oldies while you wait.

I ordered the DEUCE pizza with goat cheese, mozzarella, spinach, portabella mushrooms, tomato, garlic and pesto. Yum!

E ordered the BADA BING pizza with prosciutto, bacon, pepperoni, mozzarella, tomato, spinach and mushrooms.

It’s a little pricey, which is why we usually make our pizza at home, but it was fun to get out and do something different for the night. Where’s your favorite place to grab a slice?

  1. Well, I have to say E’s pizza looks more appetizing than yours, lol. Love all that meat! We are boring Pizza Hut fans to the max, nothing like some double pepperoni with extra sauce and pepperocinis on the side. 🙂

Talk to me!
