Date Night: Eddie V’s Dinner & A Movie

Last night we got dressed up and headed over to CityCentre for a fun Saturday night date night.

Eddie V’s is nestled on the edge of CityCenter and it’s one of my favorite restaurants.

E started off with some oysters.

And I started with an heirloom tomato salad. The tomatoes were local and so delicious.

For his main course, E had the jumbo gulf shrimp, grilled “Oreganata Style” with fresh Jonah Crab, which he really liked.

He also ordered a side of crab fried rice with mushrooms.

I had the market fresh fish, which was Alaskan Cod, broiled with lemon, olive oil and sea salt. My favorite way to prepare fish. It was perfect.

And since no meal would be complete without dessert, we shared a vanilla bean creme brulee. Yummm!

We were in and out with just enough time to walk over to Studio Movie Grill. And we passed by these cuties on our way…

Don’t feel too bad for E. They do serve beer at this theater. And it was the best movie of them all! How did you spend your Saturday?
